I know there were a bunch of people whining about it having a 16:9 screen or something when it was announced, but it would be a shame if this was shelved IMO. Over a year later though, and there hasn't been any news on the project. So, yeah, I was super excited to hear that Retro-Bit was essentially making a modern Sega Nomad.

I know there are mods to make Nomads more energy efficient, but I know nothing about modding and it would cost a hefty sum to 1) buy a Nomad and 2) Pay to have it modded. I've thought about buying an original Nomad in the past, but the infamous battery draining of the system turned me off of the idea.
